The Venue

A chapel no modern
venue can replicate

The Schloss Thalheim chapel is one of the most architecturally significant private chapels in Lower Austria. Designed in the High Baroque style by Jakob Prandtauer (1660–1726) — the architect of Melk Abbey and Kremsmünster — it was built as part of the 17th-century estate. Prandtauer himself married at Schloss Thalheim on 21 July 1692.

The chapel accommodates up to 60 persons for ceremonies. Its architecture — vaulted ceiling, original Baroque detail, natural light — provides a ceremonial setting of exceptional character. The Festsaal, the estate's former riding hall, accommodates wedding receptions for up to 300 persons.

The 7-hectare estate includes formal Baroque gardens, a rose garden, Zen garden, and extensive parkland — all private grounds available exclusively to the wedding party. The estate can be booked exclusively, ensuring full privacy for the day.
